Life coaches are trained through evidenced-based courses approved by the International Coaching Federation. Our coaching is person-centered as we recognize that you are the expert of your life.

Growth and Change

Coaching is a process focused on working with a person's needs, wants, goals, or vision for where they want to go and designing strategic steps to get there. This is a process invested in and centered around growth and change to achieve goals set forth by the client.

Youth and Transitional
         Coaching

We are Certified Life Coaches and Youth Resilience Coaches which means one of our specialties is coaching youth and young adults to transition into adulthood regardless of whether they want to be employed, enlisted, enrolled in college, or an entrepreneur.

Knowledge-Based Coaching Program

For organizations or court referrals. Programs are specifically outcome based and tailored to the client. The coaching program is focused on assisting the client with meeting certain pre-identified goals. Coaching programs integrates expertise in coaching, sociology, and psychological principles. Programs focus on skill development in common areas such as social/emotional competencies, stress management and resilience building, healthy relationship management, academic skills, career or professional skills, transitioning to adulthood, etc.

Keisha Pettijohn, MA, CDCA is a life coach, sociologist, author, chemical dependency counselor assistant, a care coordinator, educator, singer, and CEO of her own nonprofit organization, Fatherhood Revisited. She is a native of Cincinnati and attended Hughes High School. She holds a BA and an MA from Muskingum University and DePaul University, respectively. She has worked extensively in the mental health field for over ten years and continues to do so today. Keisha Pettijohn has been a director at a community college managing partime faculty and she is currently a part-time professor at a community college. 


Keisha was trained by an International Coach Federation approved program. The program focused on evidenced-based coaching and is accredited.
